Tretha Harris
Founder and Chief Enrollment Management and Equity Officer
Tretha is an experienced Administrator with over 12 years of experience in community college and proprietary education in admissions and registration, records management, financial aid, academic advising, transfer services, and career services, E-Learning.
Tretha has developed innovative projects with the focus of refining processes to remove student barriers in the enrollment management process. Serving on various district wide governance committees such as Registrar’s Council, Academic Advising Council, Communications Council, Transfer Council, Strategic Enrollment Management Committee, Student Success Committee, Racial and Social Justice Committee, Marketing and Recruitment Committee and other statewide Task force in Texas.
Tretha has received awards and accolades for her contributions to include Student Success Award, Dean Innovation Award, Teaching Excellence Award, Student Retention Awards, and Diversity Champion Award.
Tretha also currently serves in various volunteer leadership roles: Vice President of the Texas Association of Criminal Justice Educators (TACJE), Vice President of the North Texas Council of College and University Registrar and Admissions Officers (NTCCURAO), Past Chair of the Community College Section of Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences (ACJS), and Research Co-Lead for Two Year College Advising Community with NACADA (National Academic Advising Association).
